Sam,

You know, sometimes the "real" value of a knowledgeable, helpful and professional person cannot be measured in cash terms. As you know I recently purchased an Autocom Logic  from you with some accessories.

1) who would have thought you'd sell me less than what I wanted because after REALLY listening to me, I did not need the full kit just the base unit?
2) who knew a 3.5mm filtered audio cable actually had to be fitted the right way round (4 segments on one end of the pin, 3 on the other end)?
3) who could pin point my sound issue in a 2 minute conversation and tell me where the (in my mind) hidden vox control was?

Sam a heart felt thank you for all your help - my son and I were out on the bike this weekend, and other than a quick stop to fine tune the vox, we had perfect audio between us and from the sat nav/music.

You really do know you stuff, are as helpful as can be, and to me that's priceless - I'm sure I'll be back for more stuff in the future.

Just wanted to thank you for all your time, help and advice. I knew what I wanted from an intercom but was not sure what I needed. After a very helpfull chat with you not only did you get me all set up but with a kit far better than I thought my buget would allow. Sam,  Just a quick line to say many thanks for your help today. It is a rare thing to have someone who knows what they are on about and then takes the time to fit all the bits so well that they work!  It was a pleasure to buy my kit from you as your back up is very impressive. Please thank you wife for the refreshments. We caught very heavy rain and very heavy traffic all the way home but the radio's worked very well all the way. I just need to sort out what I am going to do. It looks like the Kenwood.

Thanks you very much for your help with the questions I had before purchasing my F5.
Then the speed at which you dispatched it to me, I ordered on the phone about 10:30 and it arrived by special delivery the next day before 12:00, not bad for UK mail but as I live in Guernsey Channel Islands, in my book that's impressive service.

Dear Sam, many many thanks for sorting out L brackets for my Ventura packs on a new Bonneville in time for me to get to TT next week - urgently ordered and delivered when they said they would. Amazing service - I may be looking at an Airhawk next as it's a long way to Douglas from Devon!

Hi Sam,
Just a quick note to say thank you for such good advice on the in-ear speaker loom, great service and quick delivery.
I ordered on-line Thursday evening - spoke with you on Friday morning and the loom was delivered, safely packaged on Saturday morning.
Installation was really easy (after working out on my set up I didn't need the extra speaker leads!!)
I am really impressed with the way my order was dealt with, and will have no hesitation in recommending Chainspeed to friends and other Notts Advanced Motorcyclist club members.
I will be back for other upgrades in future.

I just wanted to drop a line of thanks. The Autocom System is amazing!! I set it up (very easily I might add) and used all weekend, receiving a couple of phone calls and listening to music etc etc. Was amazed that everyone asked me what I was doing when they rang me because no one could tell I was on the bike cruising at 70mph on the motorway "it sounds like your in a quiet room" was the general consensus.

Quick response, honest advice and all round great service. Like I say many thanks for helping and setting me up, I couldn’t be happier. Few of my friends very impressed with Autocom as well and I will recommend you every time to them, if they get set up then I know we will never miss a sentence.

Hi All.
I have bought a fair few things from Chainspeed over last year or so. Sam without a doubt is the man to ask about anything which is autocom; I have spent many many phone calls to Sam asking for help with my Garmin zumo 660 on its connecting issues with the autocom dongle. I found Sam to be extremely helpful and patient every time I would speak to him. I would strongly recommend anyone who is thinking of buying any autocom products to look here at Chainspeed.

Dear Sam

The Autocom Pro Duo came on Tuesday 18th November well packed and in good condition.  The extra coiled 7 pin plug leads part No 1183 were a nice surprise in spite of a quick delivery.  It was for my partner who has been using his worn out Sonic Intercom since 1977 yes that was 1977 and had intended to pack it up for his birthday this weekend. 

Goods came in time and what a great service from Chainspeed, keep it up.

I picked up my Autocom Kit from the Sorting Office yesterday (why does Postie always seem to call when I'm out?!).
Obviously I can't leave you feedback as we didn't do the sale through EBay, but I would just like to thank you for your excellent service and quick responses to my emails which enabled me to make my purchase.

Just thought I would drop you a line regarding the bags, I used them on my trip to France last week and they worked beautifully. 3000 miles and 10 days, was a lot of different hotels and usually I take the panniers off but using the bags meant I could leave them on and just take my luggage to the rooms. Quality excellent, would be interested in other products as they come to the market. Much better than BMW version. They fit correctly and the reduction in size with the zip works well.
Really pleased with the purchase.

I just wanted to say thank you for an excellent level of service. As cheeky as my order was at 16:30 you still offered next day delivery.

Not only that but had I ordered based on what I believed to be right, I would have wasted money on the wrong kit and had to order twice (perhaps in your favor :) )

Just a short note to thank you for the prompt delivery of the Autocom unit.  Everything is fine and I’m in the process of fitting headsets.  I do like the instruction about doing the testing with a vacuum cleaner running – housework will never be the same again!

I don't normally do this because I don't have the time, and very few
companies impress me enough. However I must tell you that one of your
suppliers 'Chainspeed' from Carmarthenshire has bent over backwards to
make my purchase of a your vest, inner gloves and insoles one of the
most pleasurable experiences. They took time to talk to me at length
about the product (convincing me to buy Keis rather than Gerbings) and
sizing, and when thing didn't go entirely to plan (sizing wise) they
were at pains to make sure things turned out well.

Having spoken to you before and always having found you very informative and friendly I contacted you re my non functioning BTM-01B module.
I realised that it was still within its 12 month guarantee period, but never for a moment thought that it would be exchanged for the updated module with the absolute minimum of fuss. The new BTM-02 appears to be working well, fingers crossed.
You really are a credit to your Company and I would have no hesitation in recommending both you and your Company.

Our Tribe Intercoms have just arrived!  Thank you so much for getting them to us quickly. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that keeps it’s promises. Not only have they arrived in time for our trip to Denmark, but we have a weekend to try them out first!
We have tried the F4 headsets already and we are completely blown away by the performance. We were getting crystal clear reception at 70mph, on noisy Harley Davidsons, about a mile apart on a long straight stretch of road, with OPEN FACE HELMETS !    Absolutely NO wind noise !  The reception did go a bit fuzzy once the line of sight was broken, but at a mile distance who’s complaining !    Can’t wait to try the PMR’s
