Chainspeed is committed to the safety and well-being of our staff and customers. With this in mind we've put a few things in place in order to ensure we can operate as normal as possible whilst prioritising safeguarding.

Can I still order online?
Yes, our online service is running as usual, orders will in most cases be dispatched same day however orders may take an addition day or two to be processed. This is as a result of keeping our in house team as small as possible,  it also allows time for safeguarding process' that have put in place to be carried out with maximum effect.

We have currently disabled the Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class delivery options due to delays and unreliability of the service. We have discounted the DPD next day to £4.95, orders over £70 qualify for FREE next day delivery. Please note it may take a day or two to process your order.

Is next day delivery still available?
Yes, orders with items in stock will be dispatched same day for next day delivery. It may require an additional day or two for orders with items that are due in stock.

I’m ordering from outside the UK, are international orders being shipped as normal?
International orders will be sent out as normal, but restrictions may apply in the country you are ordering to, so please check with your local courier.

Can I still return items?
Of course! Please follow our returns process.
